APA is excited to work on the upcoming development of 103 one-bedroom units of senior affordable housing, in partnership with New Covenant in Christ Ministries, located in the heart of Southeastern Memphis. Designed specifically for seniors, this new community will offer a safe, welcoming, and affordable place to call home.
