Her work enhances APA’s projects by aligning technical design excellence with cultural awareness, equity, and user experience, helping the firm navigate public-sector processes, build strong community relationships, and reduce risk during approvals and construction. By advocating for inclusive design, and contributing to clear, community-informed communication strategies, Dorian helps ensure that APA delivers facilities that are not only code-compliant and cost-effective, but also responsive, sustainable, and valued by the communities they serve.
